Every Wednesday at 7.00 PM. We have an intro class which is free of charge. You will get a short
introduction to CrossFit and get to try it out in a safe environment with our head coach Claire Crowley.
We will introduce some basic CrossFit drills that will give you a good start.
If you choose to sign up afterwards you can always join our intro course.
