Are you new to CrossFit? Or have you perhaps been training for a while, but want to brush up on the foundations? Then our On-Ramp Bootcamp is for you!

Butcher’s Labs On-Ramp Bootcamp is for anyone who wishes to learn the whats, hows and whys of CrossFit. Regardless of whether this is your first ever encounter with physical training or you’ve got multiple years of experience in different contexts, the On-Ramp is the perfect opportunity to learn and master the basics.

During six sessions spread across three weeks, our coaches will teach you the fundamental movements and exercises frequently used in CrossFit workouts. You will for example go through strength exercises such as squats and presses, gymnastic movements like pull-ups and push-ups and learn the mechanics of olympic weightlifting.

The movement practice will be mixed up with theory, as to give you an understanding of why we train the way we do. Each session also includes a workout, where you get to implement and test the skills and knowledge you have gained.

All sessions are performed in small-group settings, which ascertains that our coaches have sufficient time to guide each participant based on his or her individual level. The smaller groups also allows us to break down each movement into much greater detail than what is possible in our regular classes.

Try CrossFit For Beginners in Vanløse

Butcher’s CrossFit For Beginners is a class for all new members who are just started training CrossFit. We introduce you to movements that help you understand your body and the importance of scaling the exercises to your level.

The team resembles a WOD just in a scaled version.

Everyone started somewhere and we will help guide you to an understanding and introduce you to CrossFit training in the best way.

You can participate in the beginner teams as long as you want.
